Robert G. “Bob” Salee, 66, of Anderson, passed away on December 30, 2021, at Ascension St.Vincent Anderson. He was born on January 30, 1955, in Anderson.
He retired from Art’s Varsity Pizza after 32 years of service. Bob was a movie buff, owning a collection of thousands of movies. He loved his cat, “Squirrel”. Bob loved being “Papa” to his grandchildren and was very excited about becoming a great-grandfather.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marilyn Larcom, and his twin brother, Rodney Salee.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 33 1/2 years, Theresa (Zion) Salee, Anderson; his daughters, Michelle Carter (Michael), of Anderson, and Amanda Britt, of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Deonte Carter, Shy’auna Carter, and Dazire Carter; a great-grandchild that is due in the summer of 2022; his brothers, Eric Larcom (Chris), Scott Maloney (Tonya), and Jeffery Larcom (Jessica); his sisters, Teresa Shields (Mike) and Janet; a very special brother, Chris Portwood; and his mother-in-law, Marilyn Portwood.
