Robert “Bob” Ewing Collins, 82 of 124 Brookview Road, Danville, died at his home on Sunday, September 2, 2012. He was born on May 11, 1930, to the late Fannie Addie Bessire Collins and the late Lex A. Collins, he was married to Betty Jean Allen Collins, who survives, of the residence. Mr. Collins was a member of North Main Baptist Church, and was a Master Instructor for the Virginia Hunter Safety Program. Bob was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, camping, photography, travel and aviation.
