The family of Robert “Bob” Turley announces his passing from this life to the next where his beloved wife, Jackie, anxiously awaited his arrival by her side in heaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Turley and Eva Butler Turley, his sister’s Minerva Eastham and Vera Rose Turley , and sister-in-law, Dorothy Turley.
Bob was a veteran of the Korean War where he served our country in the US Navy. He was employed at Stran Steel of Terre Haute for 30 years and many other manufacturing companies as superintendent or plant manager.
His loss will be felt deeply by his brother Clarence Turley of Manchester Indiana and Perry and wife Kathryn Turley of Terre Haute. His children Elizabeth Tyler her husband, Greg, his son, Kenneth Turley and daughter Cathy Furr.
His grandchildren Stephanie Talon Tiffany Calpin, Duff Tyler, Rachell Lyle, Kevin Turley, and Jocelyn Furr.
He was also proud of his great-grandchildren Lathaniel Turley, Patrick Talon, Lita Lyle, Danica Lyle, Maryn Calpin, Tessa Calpin, Sally Carson, Lily Turley, and Evelyn Turley.
