Robert (Bob) Dunn Hartley was born in Denver Colorado on June 6th, 1931 to Neil Carney Hartley, Sr. and Mary Dunn Hartley who preceded him in passing. He had one brother, Neil Carney, Jr. who also preceded him in passing and one sister, Charlotte Hartley Chessen who lives in Denver.
Robert Served in the navy reserve and later served in the air force. He graduated from the University of Missouri in mechanic engineering. He retired from the corps of engineers in 1992. He married Yvonne Kinchen in 1955. They have one daughter, Yvette, who married Martin Vasquez, they live in Texas. They also have an “adopted” daughter Sandy Davis who has lived with them for many years.
