Robert Dean Kashman died at home in Patriot, IN, on January 16, 2010. Robert was born on October 23, 1930, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of John and Ruth (Dean) Kashman. He was the 6th child of 8; Iona Mabel, Kathryn Frances, Rosalie Ann, Norma Jean, John Leroy, Robert Dean, William Edward, and Nancy Lee. On February 1, 1951, he joined the Indiana Air National Guard and was then activated into the U.S. Air Force. He was stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and then at the 78th Air Base Squadron, Truax Field, Madison, Wisconsin.
