Robert D. Bennettt, age 89, beloved husband of the late Marian Olson Bennett died Saturday January10, 2009 at Milford Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY on January 17, 1919, he was the son of the late Walter and Mary Bradley Bennett.
Robert was a Veteran of the US Army Air Corps serving during World War II. He was also a member of the Milford Senior Center.
Robert is survived by his two daughters. Barbara Cappello and her husband Charles of Manalapan, NJ, and Ann Marie Byrne and her husband Harry of Milford. Four grandchildren, Brett and Kristen Cappello, Brian Byrne, and Harry Byrne IV and his wife Amy. A great- grandson, Harry Byrne V, and a nephew Terry Jason and his wife Barbara. He was predeceased by a son, Robert D. Bennett Jr.
