Robert C. Michael, 71, Anderson, passed away September 5, 2009 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born April 3, 1938 in Anderson, Indiana, and resided in Anderson all of his life. Robert served his country in the National Guard. He retired from Nicholson File and Brockway Glass in Lapel. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Anderson. Robert enjoyed gardening and being outdoors, playing with his grandkids and paint pictures.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Annis Clark Michael; children, Annis Tripp Mike, Carol Michael and Robert R. Michael Jennifer; two sisters, Pearl Eytchison Paschal and Leona Dowden; grandchildren, Valerie Gray Tony, John Tripp, Justin Michael, Stacie Dahmer, Laura Dahmer, Ashley Michael and Danielle Dahmer; great grandchildren, Trinity Lynn Gray; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his ten siblings; parents, Oliver & Arvella Alice Lawrence Michael; and grandchildren, Corey James Dahmer and Shelby Lynn Michael.
