Robert (Bob) A. Commeau Jr., 63, of Middleboro, MA passed away August 10, 2021. Bob was the son of the late Robert A. and Claire A. (Dries) Commeau of Plymouth. Bob was a graduate of Plymouth – Carver High School, though he became a licensed pilot during his early high school years.Throughout his life Bob flew any and every aircraft he had the chance to, performed in numerous airshows and competitions, and loved doing aerobatics, especially in his Pitts Special. His passion for flying lead him into a lifelong career as a commercial and corporate is survived by his daughter Trista M. Commeau of Griffin, GA. He also leaves behind his former wife Lindsay Adrain of Swansea, MA, her beloved children Rhonda Wheaton of West Warwick, RI and Christopher Wheaton of Saunderstown, RI, and his grandchildren Anaya, Andrew, Christopher Jr., Michael, and Chloe. Bob was brother to Pamela Commeau and uncle to Joshua, Zachary, and Erin.Fishing, especially fly fishing, was one of Bob’s favorite hobbies. He was heavily involved in various fishing and conservation organizations, a former President and longtime member of Trout Unlimited- Southeastern MA Chapter, wrote fishing columns and articles for local publications, and owned his own fly fishing
