Robert “Rob” Andrew Olsen, 46, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday July 13, 2013 in Methodist Hospital surrounded by his family. Rob was born October 17, 1966 in Terre Haute to Robert G. Olsen and Annette Rupska Olsen. Rob was a 1985 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and was employed as a Journeyman/Wireman for IBEW Local 725. Rob enjoyed fishing, canoeing, cooking out whenever he could, 4-wheeling and target shooting with his sons, and watching classic movies and football. Most of all, Rob was a family man, he loved his sons and his two granddaughters dearly. Rob was preceded in death by one son; Graham Nash Olsen. Rob is survived by his parents, two sons; Gunnar Olsen and his wife Emily of Terre Haute and Samuel Olsen of Terre Haute, one sister; Angela Hellman of Terre Haute, and two granddaughters; Alayna and Leah Olsen of Terre Haute. Rob is also survived by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many other friends, and loved ones.
