Lakeland – Robert Adam “Peepaw” Ryals, Jr., 70, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2013, as a result of respiratory failure.
Born May 19, 1940 in Seffner, FL, Mr. Ryals was a lifelong resident of the state of Florida. He moved to Lakeland in 1971. Mr. Ryals was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy. He was the owner/operator of Ryals Brothers Inc., an air conditioning company which he and his late brother, Kenneth “Kenny” Ryals, founded in 1969.
Mr. Ryals was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth “Kenny” Ryals. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Pam Ryals; daughter, Cindy (Ken) Elliot; son, Jimmy Firth; brother, Richard Ryals; grandsons, Ryan and Christopher; granddaughters, Brittany and Emily; and several nephews and nieces.
