GARNER, Robert A. of Bay City, Michigan. Mr. Garner passed away Monday, February 15, 2010 at Bay Regional Medical Center, age 74 years. The son of the late Arthur A. and Ruth I. Garner was born February 9, 1936 in Bay City. He is survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends: Sue Kosecki, Dan and Judy Freel, Lori Moskal and Bernice Lesniak.
