Rita G. Russell, 81, widow of Walter F. Russell, passed away suddenly on Saturday February 27, 2010.
Rita was born on April 5, 1928 in Southbridge, MA, a daughter of the late Leo and Mary Ann (Yvon) Gaumond.
Mrs. Russell, a long time area resident, moved to Port Charlotte, FL with her husband after he retired. She lived there for 25 years before recently moving back to Bristol.
She is survived by her two daughters and a son-in-law, Nancy Moran of Bristol and Jean and David King of Lyndonville, VT; her grandchildren Jeff Sexton, Erin Sexton and Steven Landry; her great-granddaughter Kaitlyn Landry; her brother Jean Paul Gaumond of Beverly Hills, FL; her three sisters, Pauline Brousseau of Plainville, Annette Murphy of Beverly Hills, FL and Lucille Boilard of Plainville and many nieces and nephews.
