Richard “Dick” William Duvall, 82, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014, at Fairwinds Retirement Community. He was under the care of Eastern Idaho Hospice.
Richard was born on March 13, 1932, in Bismarck, North Dakota, to William and Myrtle Duvall. As a young man, he moved to Montana where he met and married Betty Jean Schultz. They raised their four daughters in Great Falls, Montana. They were happily married for 56 years until Betty’s passing in 2011. Since then his constant companion was his cat, Princess.
Richard worked in construction, owned a toy and hobby store, did maintenance for Circle K and was involved in several family businesses, such as a ing and publishing company, and making and selling children’s play dough.
