RICHARD “RICK” W ROTHAN passed peacefully Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of the late Wilma Rothan (nee Ewing), devoted son of the late William J. and Hazel Rothan (nee West). Loving brother of Nancy (Clifton) Musser and William D. (Sue) Rothan, step-father of Debbie Rothan, dear friend of Jim Schulten, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Rick is a veteran of the US Army. He was the co-owner of Rothan Towne Tavern, and later worked for Westside Paving and the City of Cheviot.
