Mr. Richard V. Urbanowicz, age 74, beloved husband of 54 years to Frances Broadbent Urbanowicz of Milford, passed away on Tuesday, September 01, 2009 in Milford Hospital.
Son of the late Vincent and Mary Cryoskie Urbanowicz, he was born on October 17, 1934 in Bridgeport. He was a U.S.M.C. veteran of the Korean War.
In addition to his wife, he leaves three children, Lynn Baglini and her husband George, Karen Davoli and her husband Ralph, and Richard Urbanowicz Jr. and his wife Cecilia, all of Milford, six grandchildren, Marissa, Lisa, Kyle, Eric, Christian, and April, and two great grandchildren, Ethan and Lillie. He is also survived by two sisters, Elaine Rohrig and her husband Frank and Carol Alling and her husband Charles, all of Milford, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Buccitti.
