Richard Steven McKinney age 84 of Toney, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2020. He was born December 23, 1935 to Raymond and Ruth McKinney in New York. He was retired from the Air Force and served in several places overseas and stateside. He also was of the baptist faith and a long time member of Carter’s Grove Baptist Church.
Mr. McKinney is survived by his sisters Rayma Pratt and Rita Mohler and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Nelda Walker McKinney; daughter Kimbel Denise McKinney; brother Ronnie McKinney and sister Rena Sterling.
