Richard “Rick” Dane Dobbs, 54, of Chattanooga, passed away in a local nursing home, Tuesday, January 25, 2005. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Martin H. Bailey; grandparents, Eunice H. Dodd and Robert L. Dodd, and an uncle, Sidney A. Dodd. Rick is survived by two sons, Richard L. Dobbs, Chattanooga, Joshua K. Dobbs, Ft. Payne, Ala.; mother, Bobbye D. Bailey, Rossville; sisters, Faye Bailey, Macon, Ga., and Kaye Laymance, Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Jim Bailey, Chattanooga, Jeff Bailey, Rossville; several nieces and nephews.
