Richard Randolph Bell, Sr., age 72, of Gainesville, Virginia passed away Monday, November 2, 2015 at his residence. He was born on July 7, 1943 in Haymarket, Virginia, the son of the late Ralph and Barbara Bell. He was the owner of Bell Backhoe Rental and after retirement he was in security at the Gainesville Middle School. He was a member of Park Valley Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Dale M. (Ramsay) Bell; daughter, Kelly M. Gallardy and husband Tony of Bristow, VA; son, Richard R. “Rick” Bell, Jr. and wife Jeanne of Roswell, GA; grandchildren, Drew Bell, Katie Bell, Kayla Gallardy and Danielle Gallardy; brothers, Phillip Bell and Eddie Bell; sisters, Kathy Bettis, Pat Wines, Evelyn Sharf, Thelma Holmes.
