Richard Norman Bisson, 65, of Kensington, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Kimberley (Green) Bisson for 25 years. Born and raised in New Britain, son of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Roberge) Bisson, he spent time living in Bristol and Plainville before moving to Kensington 13 years ago. Richard was the owner of T Bowl Duckpin Lanes in Newington and enjoyed duckpin bowling and playing softball. He was an avid Red Sox and UConn Huskies fan. Along with his wife, he leaves his children and grandchildren, Laurie Myska and her husband John and their children Kathryn and Thomas Slowkowski, and Jeremy and Daniel Myska, all of Plainville, Richard Allen Bisson and his wife Chantal and their children Sydney and Trevor Bisson, all of Baton Rouge, LA, Suzanne Whitehead and her husband Richard and their children Ryan and Connor Whitehead, all of Southington, and Amy Sykes and her husband Stephen and their children Benjamin and Nathan Sykes, all of Pittsfield, MA. Richard also leaves his stepson, Luke Robustelli and his wife Kristen and their children Chase and Reese Robustelli, all of Middletown, and his stepdaughter Amanda Price and her husband Jason and their son Owen Price, all of Newington. In addition, he is survived by his two sisters, Terri and Jackie Lapointe of Maine, his mother-in-law, Catherine Burgess Green of Kensington, and several nieces and nephews.
