Richard L. Steinig “Dick” was born on November 6, 1937 in Chicago, IL. It is with great sadness to announce Dick passed away of natural causes in his home August 17, 2016. Dick was proud to be a retired Air Force veteran, but nothing made him prouder than to have been a father.
He is survived by five children, Richard, Mark, Michele (Mike), Eric and Victoria; his brother, Eric, sister, Mary; six grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Dick had a passion for cars – especially Corvettes. He loved to do home projects and took pride in his work. He enjoyed fishing and camping as a younger man. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Our lives are forever changed with this great loss.
