Richard E. Jones, age 60, of Pinson, passed away September 7, 2010. He served in the US Navy Seabees in Vietnam. He was retired from the Birmingham Police Department with 20 years of service and was currently a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy. He loved the beach and hunting. He was loved by all that knew him.
