Richard J. Mennetti, a passionate Boston Red Sox Fan living in New Milford, formerly of Edgewater, was 79 when passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday. Born in Teaneck, Richard was a lifelong resident of Edgewater who worked for Hills Brothers Coffee for many years before retiring. He was the loving father of Yvette Mennetti and her husband Robert Rambone, Jacqueline Reith and her husband Thomas, and a son William Mennetti. Richard leaves behind his brother Charlie Mennetti and was predeceased by his late brother Johnny Mennetti. He was the cherished grandfather of Jessica Reith, Jillian Reith, Danielle Heffernan, Derek Reith, David Mennetti, Ryan Rambone, William Mennetti, Kimberlee Mennetti, Matthew Mennetti, and the great-grandfather of Sebastian Rojas, Gianmarco Rojas, and Noel Rojas.
