Richard L. Hovey, 84, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019, at Hospeace House in Naples. Richard was born November 23, 1934, in Hudson, MA the son of the late Lyman and Barbara Hovey. He moved to New York after retiring from Koehler Manufacturing Inc. in Marlbrough, MA.
He is survived by; his loving wife of 62 years, Georgena; daughters, Virginia Wright and Janet (Steve) Armstrong; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Betty Satas, Carol (Roger) Wilkins, and Bob (Bobbe) Hovey; several nieces and nephews; and special feline friend, Lily.
