Richard H. Symonds, 86, of Ft. Pierce, Florida passed away September 22, 2019. He was born July 30, 1933, in Marlboro, Massachusetts to the late Frank and Daisy Symonds.
Richard was a United States Veteran serving in both the Marine Corp as well as the Air Force; after his service, he began a career in display manufacturing where he designed and built many beautiful displays and signs for various companies and venues. Richard enjoyed many things in life, but most of all he enjoyed his family and his art. He also enjoyed camping, photography, playing pool, and traveling.
Richard is preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Patricia Symonds.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of over 61 years, Gisele M. Symonds; children, Richard Symonds, Jr., Gary Symonds, and wife Susan, Tammy Victoria Symonds; 4 grandchildren, Christina Baer & her husband Chadd, Sandra Lowes & her husband Gene, George, Karolyne; 2 great-granddaughters, Aryanna, Leia; sisters, Evelyn, Dorothy; many loving nieces and nephews.
