Richard “Dick” G. Bixby died at the age of 81 due to complications of a stroke on 31 August 2012 at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
Dick is survived by his wife Peggy Jo Bixby of Fort Walton Beach, Fl., a twin sister Molly Bartlett of Eugene, Oregon, four daughters, five stepchildren and many grandchildren.
