Muncie-Longtime local educator, Richard “Dick” Edward Wiley, 78, of Muncie, passed away Monday, January 24, 2011, at Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie.
He was born in Marion, IN, September 26, 1932, the son of Everett and Audrey (Sheron) Wiley. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Steve.
He refereed high school football and basketball for many years. Dick’s whistle has been hung up leaving behind fishing, grocery shopping, and automotive duties.
