Richard E. Culligan, 48, formerly of Fountain Hill, passed away in his home in Florida on Saturday, July 30, 2008. He resided in Florida for the past 10 years. Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of Loretta (Lucas) Culligan of Hanover Twp. and the late Leo Culligan who passed away Jan 30, 1995. Richard graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School, Class of 1978, where he played football. He also attended West Chester University. Survivors: mother Loretta; sons Richard and Joseph; brothers Kevin of Hanover Twp., Brian of Bath, Robert and wife Kristi of Bakersfield, CA; sisters Karen wife of Jeff Zaun, Bethlehem and Susan wife of Chris Thorne of Bath.
