Richard C. “Dick” Wagner, of Bath, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013 at Manor Care in Bethlehem. He and his wife, Janet L. (Bowser) shared 41 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Carl W. and Anna L. (Alpago) Wagner. Dick graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1961. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1964. Dick was a Welder at Bethlehem Fabricators for many years and later worked for the City of Bethlehem in the Parks Department for over 20 years, retiring in 2007. He was a member of the Bethlehem Volunteer Fire Home Association and the North End Wanderers Athletic Association, the Bath Rod and Gun Club and the former Boché Club. Dick was an avid hunter and enjoyed the outdoors. Survivors: his loving wife, Janet; a daughter, Brenda S. Jansen and her husband, Jeff; sons, Richard Wulf, David Wulf all of Sioux Falls, SD; son, Robert C. Wagner and his companion, Lori Fritz of Whitehall, a stepson, Tyrone Deutsch and his wife, Roxanne of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia,; a brother, George Wagner of Coopersburg and a sister Nora Melville and her husband, Raymond Bauder of Bethlehem and 6 grandchildren.
