Richard “Dick” Ohl Wenger, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Yvonne (Cosner) Wenger, with whom he shared almost 62 years of loving marriage. Born on August 7, 1935 in Danville, Dick was a son of the late Clyde and Marjorie (Ohl) Wenger. He graduated from Juniata College, Carnegie Mellon University and eventually earned his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. Dick worked at Bethlehem Steel for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem. Dick had many joys in life including traveling, genealogy, and Bible study. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.
Survivors: Dick will be lovingly missed by his wife Yvonne; daughter, Nancy McCutcheon and husband John of Cumberland, RI; son, David Wenger and wife Ann of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Sarah Zimage and husband Chris and Timothy McCutcheon all of Cumberland, RI and Matthew and Abigail Wenger of Bethlehem; brother, Donald Wenger and wife Ruby of East Petersburg.
