Richard Brown passed peacefully under Vitas Hospice Care at Market Street Memory Care on April 24, 2021. Richard was born on April 28, 1927 to Margaret Reed Brown and Harry Brown, Sr. in Washington, DC. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Harry Brown, Jr., his first wife Frances, his second wife Elisabeth, sisters Alma Brown Keller and Bertie Lou Brown Matses.
He has two daughters Margaret Brown Parlefsky (Stephen) and Lynetta Brown Nausbaum. Richard is also survived by his stepson, Anthony Bravata (Hara) and stepdaughter, Rose Dewey (Donald), several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Richard served honorably during WW II in the US Navy.
