Richard A. (Dickie) Rinehart, 66, of Salem (Marshville), passed away Wednesday,, March 9th, 2011 at his residence. He was born August 30, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland the son of the late Robert Lee Rinehart and Hilda Constance Hustead Rinehart. He is survived by his former wife Karen Rinehart of Wallace and five children; Donetta and Terry Knotts of Flemington, Richard Jr. and LaDonna Rinehart of Sun Valley, Kevin and Karla Rinehart of Mt. Clare, Constance (Connie) Rinehart of Salem, Dixie and David Wright of Lumberport; nine grandchildren; Alicia, Jakob, Dusti, Kayla, Luke and Christopher Rinehart, Dominik Wright, Terry (Porki) Knotts, Jr. and Kyla Paugh; 2 great grandchildren; Cole Paugh and Alexandria Knotts; two brothers; Robert Rinehart, Jr. of Stonewood and Thomas Rinehart of Stonewood; three sisters; Betty Gardner of Stonewood, Lucille Burdine of Shinnston and Merle Knoll of Shinnston; several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters; Mildred Cunningham, Helen Cunningham and Eleanor Shaffer and two brothers; William Rinehart and Frankie Rinehart. Mr. Rinehart was self employed having worked as a carpet installer. He liked to garden, was a hunter and fisherman and loved his animals. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather and will be deeply missed. He was Pentacostal by faith.
