She was born in Hammond, IN on April 29, 1980 to Ronald Ray Brock and the former Betty Michelle Kinney.Rhonda grew up in Hopkinsville, KY and lived in Fayetteville, NC before eventually moving to Georgetown, KY, where she met her husband, Rafael. They moved to Centerville, TN because Rafael got a job there. Rhonda was always rescuing animals – she had a heart of gold – always trying to help someone.She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald R Brock; brother, Bain Ryan Brock; grandmother, Helen D Ignatuk. and Brother in law Kevin Hartsock.She is survived by her husband, Rafael DeLeon; sons, Ryan Smith and Dylan Jackson; mother, Betty Jozwiak; grandfather, John C Kinney; grandmother Judy Kinney.
