Reva Irene Roth (nee Brown) was born on December 17, 1932 in Crab Orchard, KY to Virgil Brown and Vina Atkins Brown. On May 5, 1951, she married Gregory Joseph Roth, a young man that she met as a benefit of a Co-op job he worked while at the University of Cincinnati.

She is survived by her children Paul (Connie) Roth, Teri (Mike) Rowe, Don Roth and Judy Lawler. God called a daughter, Mary, back to heaven shortly after her birth, she was also preceded by her husband Gregory Roth in 2009. She is also survived by grandchildren Emily (Melissa) Roth, Allison Roth, Stephen (Jennifer) Rowe, Sarah (Eric) See, and Scott Lawler, her sisters Delma Fullam and Ardith (Denton) Alexander, Greg’s brother Ron (Mimi), and beloved great-grandchildren, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Reva was dedicated to her family – Her husband and children truly were blessed to have her guiding their home. She was talented with needle and thread, loved her gardens, and it was unlikely that you could leave her table without a satisfied smile. Reva read avidly nearly to the end , and after moving from Cincinnati to Terre Haute in 1972, she developed an interest in golf. Weather permitting, she typically played 27 holes a day with lady friends, several days a week. After a few years, Greg didn’t stand much of a chance against her.
