Rev. Edwin Charles Smith, 87, Chickamauga, died Friday, December 29, 2006, at his residence. He had been a minister for over 60 years, having retired from Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God where he was still a member. Survivors are wife, Wanda L. Smith; son, Eddie Smith, Chickamauga; sisters-in-law, Maxine Ferres and Mona Walker, both of Chickamauga.
