The Rev. Dr. Robert Marston Speight, of Cromwell, husband of Elizabeth (Francis) Speight for sixty years, passed away on Wednesday, January 19th in Cromwell. Born in Littlefield, Texas on October 15, 1924, he was the son of the late Robert and Neva (Wright) Speight. After serving in the U. S. Navy during WWII, Marston graduated from Baylor University. He received a Ph.D. degree from the Hartford Seminary Foundation.
