JAGER, Renetta M., of Kalamazoo. Passed away January 14, 2010 at Alamo Nursing Home. She was born August 18, 1922 in Kalamazoo, to the late Hemmo and Cora DeVries Mejeur. Renetta was a lifelong member of Second Christian Reformed Church where she was also active with both the Seniors Club and the Tie that Binds Group.
Surviving Renetta are; her son, Bradley D. Lynne Jager; grandchildren, Darcie Kyle Shannon and Kevin Heather Shannon; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Anne DeVries,; and brother, Garrett Irene Mejeur; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Also preceding Renetta in death were; a daughter, Carol Jager in 1997; sisters, Ruth Hank Kuiper and Emma Joseph Brinks; brother-in-law, William DeVries.
