Rene Joseph Fourcade III, DDS passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the age of 77, following his third battle with cancer. Beloved husband for 54 years of Barbara (Bobbie) Grode. Devoted father of Renee Fourcade McAnnally, Christopher Fourcade, Laurie Fourcade Teed and Lisa Fourcade Richards. Father-in-law of Steve McAnnally, Janie Danos Fourcade, Donnie Teed, Bruce Richards and Dave Cassaday. Proud grandfather of Joshua Cassaday, Emily and Andrew Fourcade, Donald and Nathan Teed, and Elisabeth and Lauren Richards.
Preceded in death by his parents, Rene Fourcade Jr. and Catherine Tarantino Fourcade. He is survived by his loving sister Kathy (Vincent) Signorelli and brother Larry (Marilyn) Fourcade. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Known as Papaw to his grandchildren, Rene was a retired dentist and Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He loved the Saints, working in his garden and trips to Walt Disney World with the family.
