Regina Wilkerson Harper of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 2, 1953 the daughter of Louise Cloud Wilkerson and the late Henry Eugene Wilkerson. She was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church in East End and was a retired secretary to the Grant County Judge’s Office.
Mrs. Harper died Monday, June 12, 2006 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff at the age of 53.
