Regina (Nell) Jackey, 84, of Elwood, passed away, September 25, 2017 at Community Hospital, Anderson, IN.
She was born, August 5, 1933 in Albany, KY and resided most of her life in Elwood. She was self employed hairdresser in Madison County for several years.
Regina is survived by her sister, Maxine Witham of Anderson, grandson, James Shelton, special friend, Treasa Ellis, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Jackey and several other close family members.
