“Red” James E. Fullerton, 84, of Linden, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport.
Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Alice D. (Brooks) Fullerton.
Born Aug. 11, 1935, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late William F. and Margaret M. (Rinker) Fullerton.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Carl C. Russell (Linda), of Houston Texas, Deborah C. Smith (Tim), of Watsontown, and Noel C. Russell (Tammy), of Jersey Shore; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; 15 nieces and nephews; and a brother, Ronald R. Fullerton, of Williamsport.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard, and two sisters, Carol and Sylvia.
