Rebecca R. Beaty, 61, of Muncie went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 16, 2010 at Integra Specialty Hospital. She was born February 25, 1949 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Eugene and Betty Smith. Rebecca was a homemaker and was a member of New Covenant Ministries.
She is survived by her loving husband James R. Beaty, a daughter Lori Craft (husband-Roger); three step-sons James E. Beaty; James R. Beaty; Richard J. Beaty (companion-Kasandra), eight sisters Viola Brown (husband-Tommy); Debbie Mouton (husband-Rick); Shirley Smith; Teresa Smith; Rosemary Gay (husband-Mike); Linda Hunter (husband-Butch); Barbara Rowe; Florie Burgen (husband-Roger); one brother Robert Smith; grandchildren Ashley May; Leanna Wells and Ashley Goodie; E.J, Jack, Mark,Brenda, Brandon, Ambrienne, Alexis, Gabbi, and Eli, great-grandchildren Aralyn Cooper; Nevaeh and R.J. Gooding;
Rebecca was preceded in death by her her father and mother Mary Katherine Smith Cook, sister Patsy Carol and brother Billie Joe Smith.
