Rebecca was born on February 8, 1954 in Northlake, Illinois to Earl Foss and Julia (Guadagnoli) Penachio. She married Kenneth Duray on December 22, 1984 in Chicago. Her hobbies included gardening and volunteering at the local Food Pantry.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth, her three children, Bernadette (Curtis) Orick, of Northlake, John Duray, Michael Duray, both of Ottawa, and a brother Ronald Penachio. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Richard Penachio.
