Raymond Serfilippi, 89, of New Haven passed away peacefully Sept. 24, 2017 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Jennie Vecchi Serfilippi. Mr. Serfilippi was born in New Haven June 10, 1928, son of the late Sebastiano and Josephine Travaglini Serfilippi. He was a lifelong resident of New Haven, graduated from St. Anthony’s School in 1943 and Commercial High School in 1947. He played basketball at Commercial where he was known as the “Cat”.
