Raymond Jon Kraskey, 19 years young, “Misko-Waagosh” which means “Red Fox” of Walker, Minnesota began his journey to the spirit world on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from Walker, MN.  Raymond was born in Bemidji, MN on July 16, 1998 the son of Candice Jackson-Whitebird and Jeremee Kraskey.

Raymond spent his childhood growing up in Onigum, Walker and Cass Lake.  Raymond was a very funny, strong, caring and thoughtful young man who loved to joke around and tease everyone.  He was a very hard worker and actually enjoyed his work.  Raymond liked to prioritize his many goals for the future.  He was very smart and worked hard at trying to graduate from high school, and he almost made it.  Raymond liked hanging out with all of his friends and all his friendship circles, he also like to play basketball and football.  He enjoyed beating his friends at video games.  His friends always talked about how good he was at video games and were amazed that they could never beat him.  He had great love for his family and touched a lot of peoples heart in his short life.  Raymond left us far too soon and we will miss him dearly.

Family that welcome Raymond to the spirit world are his father; Jeremee Kraskey, grandma; Lillian Reese, grandpa; Tim St. John, Baba; Cubby Smith, uncles; Bill Major, Ron Staples and Rich Tanner, cousin; Lynette McDonald, friend; Joseph Shepherd and other relatives.
