Raymond Moffo, Sr., on December 15, 2020 of Washington Twp. Age 77. Beloved husband of Santa “Sandy” (nee Imbesi). Devoted father of Raymond Moffo, Jr. Loving brother of Rocco Moffo (Donna) and the late Salvatore Moffo. Dear brother-in-law of June Moffo, Gertrude Cavallo, and Julia Imbesi. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Raymond enjoyed life to the fullest and always strove to bring laughter and enjoyment to those around him. He was an avid sports fan, among his favorites were the Flyers and professional boxing. He was a one-time Eagles season ticket holder and continued following the team long after his season tickets expired. But, above all else, his favorite past-time was baseball, particularly following the Phillies. His fandom of the Phillies started in the era of the Whiz Kids at Shibe Park and continued to the current team at Citizens Bank Park.

Along with being an avid sports fan, he was equally a fan of “doo-wop” music, the sounds of old South Philadelphia street corners. Whenever one of his favorite songs came on, it put an instant smile on his face. In addition to music, he was also a big fan of movies, from old black and white classics to current hits of today.

He also enjoyed traveling. During his tenure with Trans World Airlines, he enjoyed the ability to fly to and experience different areas of this country. In later years he enjoyed going on cruises to various Caribbean ports of call.

Above all else, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed both going out to eat with work friends to backyard grilling for family.
