Ray J. Caldwell II died June 26, 2008 at Southwest Christian Care in Union City, Georgia. A native of Fulton County, he was born November 9, 1959 and was the son of the late Ray Jeremiah Caldwell, Sr. and Cora Evelyn Brady Caldwell.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Dallas Smith. Ray is survived by his daughter Christina Phillips and her husband Jack and his sisters, Barbara Sanders of Stockbridge, GA, Audra Martin of Dallas, GA, Rita Sitting and her husband George of Lake Charles LA and Romona Blanton and her husband Joe of Jenkinsburg, GA. Also surviving is his extended family including Walter and Willene Pierce, Deborah, Cassie, Kathleen, Wayne McLamb, Bubba and Nicholas, Nixola Pierce and Anita Strickland and nieces and nephews.
