Ray Foster, 86, of Decatur, Illinois, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, February 12, 2015. Ray was a Christian man whose life was a great example to follow. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. The wisdom found in his conversation was unmatched. He loved all of his family, but had great pride in all of his grandchildren.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents; wife and mother of his children, Edna Foster; his second loving wife, Ruth Foster; daughter, Janice; and brothers, Leon and Delmar.
He is survived by two daughters, Betty and Tammy; five grandchildren: Michael, Christina, Angela, Amanda, and Alexandria; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Bernard and Jim Foster.
