Ray E. Neill, 55 of Newnan passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Ray is survived by his children, Phillip Neill and daughter, Kimberly Niell. He also leaves behind four sisters, Delores (Billy) Kee, Gail (Jerry) Turner, Joanne (Terry) Rogers and Alene (Ray) Jones of Newnan and brothers, Derrick (Lisa) Neill of Texas, Rick Kelly of Georgia and Steve Pegram of Arizona. Ray served in the Marines and earned the rank of E-5 Sergeant. He built several houses and he was the owner of Upright Builders.
