Randy Michael Wendt, age 55, died November 15, 2014 at his home in Newnan, Georgia. Randy was preceded in death by his parents Irene and Hugo Wendt, and his brother Steve Wendt. He is survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins. Randy had a smile for all occasions. He loved being around family and friends and he loved teaching. Randy was a very generous person. He enjoyed giving presents and celebrating birthdays with family and friends and he loved Christmas. Born in 1959, Randy graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1981 and a master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1982. He dedicated much of his life to his faith and the Lutheran Church. He shared daily devotions with many people through his work with Walking Talking Ministries and Randy wrote the book “Being Jesus’ Walking and Talking Disciple” which was published in 2013.
