Randy Parrott, 58, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan, Iowa.
Randy Lynn Parrott was born July 19, 1951, in Atlantic, Iowa, the son of Tuffy and Jean (Harper) Parrott. He attended Atlantic schools and graduated with the class of 1969.
On August 25, 1973, Randy married Marie Nilson in Atlantic, Iowa. To this union were born Rachel Marie and Michael David. They lived in the Atlantic area all of their married life.
Randy was a self-employed bricklayer most of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and listening to rock ‘n roll music.
